Thanks to funding from the National Landcare Programme, Wheatbelt NRM is inviting you to a weekend in York so you can discover more about your local Wheatbelt environment and have the opportunity to exhibit your region’s natural assets to visiting BioBlitzers.

Wagin Woody Landcare is calling for budding naturalists, would be David Attenborough’s, future scientists and all those with a passion for flora and fauna. They are excited to be presenting a Bio-blitz for the first time in the Wingedyne Nature Reserve in Woodanilling Shire.

Wheatbelt NRM is looking to the future and how we can help our community create a healthy environment that has a viable agricultural industry and retains a strong sense of place. We believe the community is best placed to inform management of their natural resources.

Learn all about Black-Cockatoo ecology, biology, behaviour and threats, plus how to conduct a GCC survey. This is a free event.
