Dr Mick Rose from NSW Department of Primary Industries will explore herbicide residue in soil and how long it stays there. Mick is the leader of the Soil CRC project Improved management of herbicide residues in soil which is examining the effect of herbicide residues in soils on crop production, especially focusing on sandy soils.
