Dieback Information Group (DIG) Conference September 23rd to 25th 2025

The Dieback Working Group would like to invite you to the annual DIG Conference, held once again at Murdoch University, in Boorloo, Perth, from the 23rd to the 25th of September this year.

This year’s DIG conference day will take place on Wednesday 24th and includes workshops and activities to choose from, as well as speaker presentations throughout the day.

In addition to the conference day, field trips will be available on the 23rd and 25th of September, including a Dieback Management field trip and DWG’s leading biosecurity awareness training - Green Card Training.

This year’s conference theme “Strength in Our Roots” – emphasises the vital role of grass roots leadership and community empowerment in environmental biosecurity.

“Strength in Our Roots” reflects the Dieback Working Group’s efforts to build sustainable, long-term change, from the ground up, through initiatives like the Green Card program, school education, and other collaborative projects.

By connecting people at all levels and focusing on foundational change, we will help communities grow stronger together to tackle threats such as Phytophthora Dieback.
