The Shire of Northam & the Ballardong Nyoongar Community warmly welcome you to Minson Avenue for a cultural celebration to mark the official opening of the highly anticipated Bilya Koort Boodja: Centre for Nyoongar Culture and Environmental Knowledge.

The Centre is a state of the art building which showcases Ballardong Nyoongar Culture (both traditional & contemporary) and its connection to, and influence on, local country and environment.

This workshop is delivered by industry specialists and includes: property planning; animal husbandry, health and welfare needs; tree planting for fodder, shelter and income; and soils and pastures.
