Business Development Coordinator

Wheatbelt NRM is looking for a Business Development Coordinator to help us diversify our income. As a leading community group in Natural Resource Management we believe we are fantastically positioned to collaborate with Corporates to help them meet their corporate social responsibility by helping us to build healthier environments and livelihoods in the Wheatbelt.
The person we are looking for will bring business knowhow and exemplary relationship building skills and want to dedicate them to NRM in the Wheatbelt to expand our current revenue areas, for example, government grants, philanthropic grants, fee-for-service and donations.
One on one training in sponsorship and business development will be provided from an internationally renowned consultant. What you need to bring is energy, strategy and team skills.
The role includes the development and implementation of a Business Development Plan, and the systems to help Wheatbelt NRM deliver. The position is contracted to June 2013, with ongoing employment dependant on the revenue generated by the successful applicant.

This is a temporary position through to 31 December 2012. An exciting opportunity exists to be at the forefront of biodiversity conservation initiatives in Western Australia's Wheatbelt region Wheatbelt NRM is seeking a professional to fill the role of either Program Manager Biodiversity or Project Manager Biodiversity.
The Program Manager Biodiversity position leads a small team of natural resource management professionals in developing and maintaining a portfolio of projects aimed at improving the conservation of biodiversity values in the Avon River Basin.
We are seeking a professional with knowledge of project management, Natural Resource Management and community engagement to join our Biodiversity Team. It would be highly regarded for the preferred applicant to have an understanding of the unique biodiversity of the Wheatbelt region. Wheatbelt Natural Resource Management is a non-profit organisation working in partnership with community, industry and government to provide regional leadership and direction for sustainable land use and the conservation of natural resources in the Avon River Basin of Western Australia.

Salary range $13,950 - $31,569*
